They represent a legally valid and binding agreement between PNV produkcija nove vizij d.o.o., Medenska cesta 54, 1000 Ljubljana (hereinafter: the provider), and any person who visits the website and/or uses the website in any way (hereinafter: the user).

- Amendments to the General Terms and Conditions of Use
In the event of changes in the regulations governing the operation of websites, data protection and other areas related to the operation of the provider's website, and in the event of changes to its own business policy, the provider may change and/or amend these terms of use, of which it will inform users each time in an appropriate way, which includes in particular notification through the website www.pnv.si or by e-mail, especially if the changes relate to a change in the personal data protection policy. Any amendments and/or additions to the Terms of Use shall enter into force and apply on the expiry of a period of eight days from the publication of the amendments and/or additions. If an amendment and/or amendment to the General Terms and Conditions is necessary for compliance with the regulations, these amendments and/or amendments may exceptionally enter into force and apply within a shorter period of time.
