The provider undertakes to protect the confidentiality of personal data and the privacy of website users. The user may request at any time:

Statement on the protection of confidentiality of personal data and user privacy

In accordance with the regulations governing the protection of personal data, the provider is obliged to protect the personal data of users of its websites. Under no circumstances will the provider provide personal or other data of the user to a third party without the explicit permission of the user, or will not allow a third party to view the personal or other data of the user, except:

  • contractual processors who provide support for the controller for the processing of personal data for individual purposes for which consent has been given,

Implementation of the privacy policy

All persons employed by the provider on a regular or part-time basis who have access to personal and other data of users are familiar with the obligation to protect personal and other data and are obliged to comply with these provisions on the protection of the confidentiality of personal data and the privacy of users of the website (online store). The obligation to protect personal and other data applies indefinitely, even after the termination of the relationship with the provider.
